A colleague posed a question what could be done to reduce inequality among young adults which has lasted for generations.
i. All adults once were children and perceived the world equally as array of endless possibility,
despite different status of families, place of birth, background etc.
ii. A child Success: Is a world shared mission and vision. The vision is vivid in every parent, relative,
community, government of nations, local and international organization.
iii. Parenting is a vehicle that takes all children their adulthood, and it is only vehicle; were their integral
components are isolated and operate in isolated worlds. Just imagine parenting is like a care were its integral parts
such as; driver, engine, tyres, body, etc are isolated and yet people believe that this car effectively assume the role
of being a car.
vi. There is a difference between Parenting a child and Growing a child;
v. Lastly in a transition journey from childhood to adult via parenting vehicle child passes various stages
and parenting is a inequity de-factor
